BOOK A PERFUME PARTY

Welcome to the ultimate experience in fragrance creation! Whether you're planning a private group gathering, celebrating a special occasion, or looking for a unique way to bond with friends and family, our perfume & cologne-making parties are tailored to make your event truly memorable.

Each of our customizable packages offers a hands-on opportunity for you and your guests to create signature scents while enjoying a fun and interactive atmosphere.

To ensure a smooth booking process, here’s everything you need to know:

PARTIES OF 20 OR MORE?
HAVE YOUR OWN LOCATION?

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the base price is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due two weeks before your scheduled event.

If your party or event is booked within three weeks of the scheduled date, full payment is required

at the time of booking.

Should you need to reschedule, you may do so at no additional charge if we’re contacted at least 7 days prior to your event. Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days in advance will incur a $35 rescheduling fee.

1.The Signature Blend Experience 

Base Price: $875
(up to 6 participants + guest of honor is free)

Additional Participants: $120 per person Includes
 

· Guided Fragrance Making Experience: Step-by-step guidance to blend your own custom 30ml scent.

· Party Favors: 10ml Bottle of Perfume from our Perfume Bar

· Decor Flexibility:
Guests may bring and set up their own decor.

Complimentary Mocktails

· BYO Refreshments Option: Guests may bring their
own food and drinks for a $25 fee.

2. The Pure Perfumery Experience 

Base Price: $950
(up to 6 participants + guest of honor is free)
Additional Participants: $130 per person

3. Couture Fragrance Experience 

Base Price: $1125
(up to 6 participants + guest of honor is free)

Additional Participants: $150 per person

 

Includes Everything from the Pure Perfumery Package, Plus:

·Party Favors: Mini Perfume Discovery Set.

4. The Luxe Blending Bar Experience 

Base Price: $1275 (up to 6 participants + guest of honor is free)
Additional Participants: $170 per person

Please Read Our Policies

To ensure all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable experience, please review our food and refreshment policy before your event.

Light Refreshments Welcome For Private Classes or Parties Only

Guests are welcome to bring small, light bites such as:

  • Charcuterie boards

  • Fruit trays

  • Cupcakes or desserts

  • Individually packaged snacks

  • Finger foods that require minimal setup
     

Space Limitations

Our studio is designed primarily for fragrance experiences and has limited space for food service. For this reason, we cannot accommodate:

  • Large catering orders

  • Full buffet-style setups

  • Chafing dishes or warming stations

  • Extensive food displays that require additional tables or seating
     

Additional Time Required for Meals
 

If you would like your event to include a meal, extensive food service, or dedicated dining time, additional event time must be reserved in advance.
 

Please note:

  • Additional rental fees will apply.

  • Extended event time is subject to availability.

  • Food setup and cleanup time should be included in your reservation.
     

Advance Notice Required

All food and beverage plans must be communicated at the time of booking or no later than 7 days prior to your event, so we can determine whether additional accommodations are needed.

Clean-Up Responsibility

Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all food, beverages, decorations, and personal items are removed at the conclusion of the event. Additional cleaning fees may apply if excessive cleanup is required.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to creating a memorable fragrance experience for you and your guests. 

 

The Brown Sugar Collab reserves the right to limit or decline food arrangements that exceed the capacity of the space or interfere with the guest experience.
